Your Server Settings

If you have a domain with us, then in general your settings will be as follows:

Email

POP Mail Server: pop.genesis-ds.com [ports: 110; 995]

IMAP Mail Server: imap.genesis-ds.com [ports: 143; 993]

Username and Password: as supplied

SMTP Server: smtp.genesis-ds.com [ports: 25; 587]

SMTP Authentication username and password is the same as your POP/IMAP details

Webmail: webmail.genesis-ds.com

Website Access

FTP to yourdomainname.com with your username and password, your website is in the /web directory

If you have a WordPress Powered site, the admin login is at http://yourdomainname.com/wp-admin

Storage Quotas

As standard you will have a 1GB quota which is shared between website and email – if you require more, please contact us and we will arrange it.
